Champion Red Hot Ember HT CD Conformation Champion,
Herding Tested AKC, Companion Dog Obedience
This is Ember our red and white dog with a white head! She is one of
the funniest dogs I've ever had. She's a clown and comes up with new
tricks to get my attention on an all too frequent basis.... We adore
her.
Her hips are OFA "Good", elbows are OFA "Normal", BAER hearing
"Normal" and eyes CERF yearly. She was born in March of 2000.
Ember's debut in conformation was at the Denton Texas AKC
Conformation show May 12 & 13 2001. She got Best of Winners BOTH days
receiving her first 4 points towards her Championship. She finished her
conformation championship April 2002. Thanks to Marie Koebke for
handling her. Ember's movement is outstanding.
Ember lived at the herding trainer's for a year titling in AKC. In
March 2002 she received her AKC HT and one PT leg. She place fourth in
the AKC Started Trial Dog class and has 1 leg. She has been retired from
herding.
Ember's pedigree is full of 'ranch hand' herders, real
working dogs and a few trial dogs. Ember's dad
Windy Hill's Ben is her only known living relative.
In addition to Ember's accomplishments, she is trained for Schutzhund
I and did extraordinarily well. She had tons of fun and learned quickly
in less than 5 months. She has a solid temperament, is very sweet and
has a strong work ethic. We are looking forward to the many
accomplishments Ember and her children will fulful.
Ember now lives in Mexico with her new owners. She's spoiled rotten!!
